Burnout Prevention & Work/Life Balance

Our proactive approach is at the core of our practice.

  • Protected Clinical Time:
We cap daily appointments at a maximum of 5 to 6, depending on your contracted hours, to ensure you have ample time and energy for each client.
  • No Work Outside of Hours:
Your day is structured to allow dedicated time to complete all case notes and reports, so you never have to take work home. For psychological assessments, therapy timeslots are removed from your calendar to ensure all report writing is completed within your standard working hours. We also have a strict "no emails after hours" policy.
  • Built-in Rest and Recharge:
All full-time employees are allocated a
    monthly Rostered Day Off (RDO)
. We also offer flexible hours and bonus leave to support your optimal work-life balance.

  • We facilitate
    weekly clinical team meetings
    and
    group reflective practice
to foster peer collaboration and shared learning.
  • You will receive
    internal training and mentoring
    , as well as
5 paid days of leave for external training
each year to pursue your interests.

Supportive Team Environment

We are committed to providing a nurturing environment where you feel fully supported.

  • You will benefit from
    high-level administrative support
to handle all non-clinical tasks, allowing you to focus on client care.
  • You will have access to an
    independent EAP counselling service
with a telehealth psychologist to ensure local privacy and confidentiality.
