Service Desk Analyst

We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our team for an initial 8 week contract to provide 1st & 2nd level support until the christmas break.
Expected Duties
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support face to face and remotely to our customers users
- Provision and build laptops, PC's and devices
- Support BYOD users across Microsoft OS, Android and iOS
- Support O365 and MS teams
- AD Administration
- Basic connectivity troubleshooting for corporate wifi and Teams
Key Selection Criteria
- ITIL certified
- Experience with providing L1 & L2 support
Proficient across
- Windows OS
- Desktop hardware support and peripheral devices
- File and print servers
- O365 productivity suite
- Teams
- Android & iOS
- Intune
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing is highly regarded
