We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our team for an initial 8 week contract to provide 1st & 2nd level support until the christmas break.

Expected Duties

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support face to face and remotely to our customers users
  • Provision and build laptops, PC's and devices
  • Support BYOD users across Microsoft OS, Android and iOS
  • Support O365 and MS teams
  • AD Administration
  • Basic connectivity troubleshooting for corporate wifi and Teams

Key Selection Criteria

  • ITIL certified
  • Experience with providing L1 & L2 support

Proficient across

  • Windows OS
  • Desktop hardware support and peripheral devices
  • File and print servers
  • O365 productivity suite
  • Teams
  • Android & iOS
  • Intune
  • Experience with ServiceNow ticketing is highly regarded
