Our Victoria Civil Infrastructure team tackles complex challenges across a broad range of markets, from concept to construction. We are seeking a Civil Engineer with a strong background in stormwater management and drainage design to lead innovative, sustainable solutions for major infrastructure projects.
The Opportunity
- Lead drainage design packages, including assessment, design, and documentation of stormwater systems and WSUD features
- Deliver high-quality technical outputs such as designs, reports, cost estimates, and project documentation for various project sizes
- Independently manage workstreams, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and stakeholder communications are met
- Provide technical expertise in water quality modelling, site investigations, and drainage design coordination
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture while supporting junior engineers with mentorship and feedback

Is this role right for you?
- A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering with 4+ years' experience, ideally in a consulting environment
- Proven expertise in stormwater drainage design, including use of ARR 2019, Austroads guidance, 12D Drainage, and MUSIC modelling software
- Demonstrated experience delivering drainage designs for infrastructure projects, including concept and detailed documentation
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders at all technical levels
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for digital innovation and sustainable design outcomes
