The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and committed Safety Advisor to join our team in the Perth office with regular travel to lands.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide direct WHS and risk management advice to the assigned department manager, supporting frontline operations.
  • Conduct and participate in toolbox talks, facilitate JHA/SWMS compliance, and assist with contractor WHS management.
  • Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis; document the findings in the WHS database.
  • Conduct behavioural observations and site verifications to identify and mitigate hazards.
  • Support emergency readiness and response activities in the field.
  • Recommend WHS induction requirements for new personnel and contractors.
  • Track compliance actions and maintain accurate records to support ISO certification, including audit readiness and reporting.
  • Maintain Safety Management System (MyOsh) content.

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS).
  • Strong practical experience in site-based WHS roles.
  • Ability to work independently in diverse operational environments and maintain accurate records.
