The Rural City of Murray Bridge is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support Team. We have 1 permanent position available on a negotiable Full-time or Part-time basis (minimum 0.6FTE) and in addition, we have multiple casual positions available.

Position Overview

As a Customer Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our community—providing friendly, efficient, and accurate assistance across a wide range of customer enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to Team Leader Customer Support & Volunteer Programs, responsibilities of this role include:

• Responding to customer enquiries and identifying their needs
• Raising Customer Requests
• Handling receipting and cash transactions
• Providing general administrative support

The positions offered are classified as General Officer Level 2 under the South Australian Municipal Salaried Officers Award and Council's current Enterprise Agreement:

• Full-time/Part-time (negotiable with 0.6FTE minimum), with a salary of $73,807-$80,437 FTE (pro-rata for part-time).
• Casual basis, with an hourly rate of $46.69 (inclusive of casual loading).
