The Role:
We are searching for a highly motivated Escalation Engineer (Tier-IV) to join our growing team The Escalation Engineer must learn fast and adopt to quickly changing technology and to provide top tier Engineering solution for our product line. This position will focus on investigating customer issues of our products and provide timely resolutions, while collaborating with our development teams and support.

The Escalation Engineer must learn fast and adapt to quickly changing technology in order to provide top-tier support for our product line. This position will investigate customer issues with our products and provide timely resolution while coordinating with our support and development teams.

The Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level technical support for our products

  • Analyze, diagnose, and debug complex customer issues

  • Create and implement patches, fixes, and diagnostic tools
  • Take ownership of escalations and drive towards resolution

  • Act as a technical focal point in cooperative relationships with other internal groups

  • Coordinate with other engineers from various product components to deliver success

  • Acquire both broad and in-depth product knowledge
  • Create and improve documentation to train support engineers to resolve support cases
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills

The Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in computer science or equivalent from known university.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing Enterprise-level, Python Applications.
  • Working with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes and Microservices – Advantages
  • Perform testing on UI and performance
  • Asynchronous programming and experience in developing performance-critical applications
  • Experience with Machine Learning – Advantages
  • Experience with multi-threaded applications
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)

Advantageous skills, not required:

  • Provide training and support to internal teams
  • Knowledge of IT - Networking / Security / Storage
  • Previous customer-facing technical positions
  • Experience around .NET C# applications.
  • Building dashboards, build training
