The Team:
Join Hospitals North West as Regional Manager Hotel Services - this senior leadership role offers the chance to make a significant impact across key patient-facing services at North West Regional and Mersey Community Hospitals.
With a small team of direct reports at each site, you will lead and manage the communication, domestic and food services that underpin effective healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level support and coaching on operational and business matters
- Drive implementation of business systems and process improvements
- Partner effectively around procurement, contract management, capital and minor works and business planning across our services.
This role would suit an experienced leader seeking to apply their expertise in one or more of our service areas in a healthcare setting. You will work with a committed team who share your passion for delivering timely, safe and high-quality care to our local communities.

Details of appointment:
- Permanent, full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from as soon as you can join the team
- notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary: $107,899 to $122,292 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022

Eligibility:
