What does the job look like?

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Refueler to join our team at Essendon Fields. This role is crucial in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of fuel, adhering to all safety and compliance regulations. Key areas include:

• Refuelling all fleet vehicles safely and efficiently
• Ensuring trucks are refuelled daily and ready for operations
• Conducting through pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintaining accurate fuel logs and delivery records
• Adhering to all safety, environmental, and operational policies and procedures
• Collaborating with logistics and other team members effectively
• Reporting any vehicle issues and performing minor maintenance

Are you the one?

If you have a positive attitude, strong safety focus and proactive approach, then this role is for you. You can demonstrate:

• Valid MR or HR drivers' license
• Dangerous Goods (DG) License is essential
• Previous experience operating fuel tankers or similar heavy vehicles
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to fuel transportation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
