Projects & Energy Transition Team
The Brisbane-based team works across offices and sectors to deliver practical, client-focused solutions for major projects. The team handles high-profile matters, providing exposure to challenging and innovative work streams while maintaining a supportive, collaborative, and high-performing culture.
The role
This role will see you working closely with partners and clients on major infrastructure projects, particularly in the transport sector. You will advise on procurement, delivery, and commercial aspects, supporting both traditional and alternative project structures. The role provides access to high-profile mandates and ongoing opportunities to develop technical, leadership, and client-facing skills in a collaborative environment.
Key Requirements
You will be a projects lawyer with 6+ years' post-admission experience and solid exposure to infrastructure, construction, or energy transition projects. You will bring:
- Experience across major projects, including procurement, delivery, and commercial matters
- Strong drafting and advisory skills
- A practical and commercially focused approach to problem-solving
- Confident, client-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Collaborative working style and interest in mentoring junior lawyers
