The Role

For the right applicant, either full-time or part-time will be considered.

We are seeking a commercially astute and execution-focused
Strategic Growth Advisor
to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with renewable energy and climate tech businesses, ensuring their strategic roadmaps are implemented and that clients achieve measurable growth. You will combine advisory capability with hands-on execution discipline, becoming a trusted partner to leadership teams across the sector.

This is also a clear pathway role into senior management within GrowthStream. We are looking for someone ambitious and motivated who wants to grow quickly into a leadership position with significant responsibility across client delivery, strategy, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the day-to-day contact for assigned advisory clients in energy, renewables, and climate tech.
  • Build deep, trust-based relationships with business owners, managing directors, and executive leaders.
  • Run structured client meetings, progress reviews, and workshops that keep initiatives on track.
  • Translate strategic priorities into practical, actionable steps and ensure timely execution.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, scalability, and profitability within client businesses.
  • Anticipate technical and commercial challenges in solar, renewables, and energy services, and help shape solutions.

Requirements & Attributes

  • Proven experience in energy, renewables, solar, or climate tech would be an advantage.
  • Strong commercial and strategic acumen, with the ability to engage confidently with senior executives.
  • Track record of driving execution, ensuring accountability, and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Experience working directly with business owners or senior managers.
  • Analytical, disciplined, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to influence and build trust.
