Senior Project Manager

Delivering projects exceeding $100 million is akin to running a full business unit, especially when self-performing the entire scope aside from a few specialist subcontractors. With many moving parts and a team of 30 professional staff, this three-year build will be a career-defining opportunity.

The civil contractor delivering this project is committed to sustained growth in the Water Treatment sector, and your skillset will be instrumental in driving that expansion.

A base salary of $270k–$300k has been set to attract and retain top-tier talent. This approach is applied consistently across the organisation, ensuring that those above, below, and beside you are well-rewarded, motivated, and focused.

There are additional incentives, including a 15% project and performance-based bonus (cleverly structured into milestones), plus a wide range of employee benefits such as additional leave programs and flexible arrangements designed to support a healthier lifestyle.

Mandatory criteria:

You must have played a key role in delivering water treatment projects for a civil contractor for a minimum of 10 years, preferably within Australia. You should possess strong leadership capabilities, the ability to drive financial outcomes, maintain client and subcontractor contractual obligations, and have the ambition to further develop your career.
