About the Role

You'll work closely with our Senior Property Manager and the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and outstanding client service. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Communicating with tenants and landlords
  • Conducting property inspections and preparing detailed reports
  • Organising maintenance requests and liaising with tradespeople
  • Assisting with leasing, open inspections, and tenancy agreements
  • Managing administrative and office support tasks
  • Supporting rental arrears management and tenant enquiries

About You

We're open to applicants at different stages of their real estate career. You might be:

  • An experienced Property Manager looking for a fresh start in a respected local agency, or
  • A Property Management Assistant or a motivated newcomer with strong administrative skills and a passion for real estate

You'll also bring:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and customer focus
  • A valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
  • Real estate experience - preferred but not essential
  • Current property management license - or willingness to obtain
