**Property Manager**

This is a team that know a thing or two about Real Estate With the goal set to be the Northern suburbs number one team, this is a group of individuals that constantly lead the way when it comes to technology, streamline procedures and team work that will make any Property Manager’s job a dream We are seeking an experienced Property Manager that is looking to freshen up their career and fall in love with their job again.

**The Role**:
Monday - Friday, neat portfolio, and enjoyable team. You will be supporting our valued clients with the management of one of the most trusted portfolio’s. Currently seeking a Property Manager due to promotion of a previous Property Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Leasing.
- Conducting Outgoing Inspections.
- Ensuring documentation, Tenancies and Managements are compliant with The Act and kept up to date.
- Ensuring your Assistants have prepared correct paperwork and annual CMA’s for your distribution to clients.
- Generating new business.
- Providing a high level of customer service to our Landlords and Tenants.
- Attending Tribunal if required.
- Arrears management.
- Ensuring your clients investment is growing in value, by ensuring regular maintenance and inspections have been conducted by your assistant.
- Previous Property Management experience is not essential - you could be a qualified Property Manager or have previous experience in a similar role and are just looking for something different to sink your teeth into.
- We are looking for someone who is excited to join an enthusiastic and passionate team.
- Registered Property Managers Licence or Trainee Licence & Driver’s License.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed.
- The ability to provide a high level of service.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Honesty, integrity, and accountability are words commonly used to describe you.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
