What you'll be doing

  • Lead and motivate a small team of cleaners to deliver quality results every time
  • Jump in hands-on and lead by example when needed
  • Organise daily cleaning schedules and keep things running smoothly
  • Build strong relationships with clients and make sure they're happy
  • Encourage a positive, friendly, can-do team culture
  • Keep everything safe, efficient, and up to our high standards

What we're looking for

  • Reliable, proactive, and positive attitude — a true team player
  • Experience leading or supervising in cleaning (commercial experience a plus)
  • Great communication and organisational skills
  • Keen eye for detail and pride in a job well done
  • Australian working rights and a valid driver's licence
