We support part-time employees currently studying early childhood education through paid placement opportunities at our kindergartens and preschools. It's a chance to gain hands-on experience in real learning environments, build relationships with experienced educators, and explore what a future career at Meli could look like.

What You'll bring

We're looking to connect with Educators & Teachers who bring dedication, empathy, and expertise to their practice. If that sounds like you, here's what we'd love to see in your background:

• A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education (Bachelor, Diploma, or Cert III as approved by ACECQA)
• A valid Working with Children Check for Educators or VIT for Teachers
• Knowledge of the National Education and Care Services Act and Regulations 2011, the Victorian Early Years Learning Framework, and the ECEC National Quality Framework and Standards
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A passion for supporting children's development through creative, reflective, and responsive teaching practices
