We're currently seeking a dynamic and driven Clinic Manager to lead our Strathpine clinic in partnership with an experienced and passionate Nurse Franchise Partner. About the Role

As Clinic Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the clinic – leading your team, creating a positive and professional culture, and ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing team of laser, skin and dermal therapists
  • Overseeing daily operations to ensure service excellence and clinical standards
  • Driving clinic performance by managing KPIs, targets and revenue growth
  • Building strong client relationships and a loyal customer base
  • Partnering closely with the Franchise Owner to align on business strategy and success

What You Bring

  • Proven leadership experience in a clinical, retail or beauty environment
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of exceeding KPIs
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • A genuine passion for aesthetics, people, and business growth
  • Diploma of Beauty Therapy or higher (preferred)

Location: SILK Laser Clinics Strathpine

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (option for a 4-day working week)
