Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Previous experience (1-2 years) in a restructuring, accounting or finance role (preferred).
  • Clear written and verbal communications skills.
  • Commercial attitude to problem solving, negotiation and timely decisions.
  • Motivated and efficient with an ability to take ownership of assigned matters and coordinate multiple work streams.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Detailed financial modelling, forecast cashflow and feasibility analysis of a portfolio of properties.
  • Identify, analyse and implement strategic and creative options to maximise property realisations and outcomes across a range of distressed property types and locations.
  • Coordinating contractors and consultants for property maintenance and repairs.
  • Coordinate lawyers, sales agents, builders, and other consultants to deliver target outcomes.
  • Prepare reports for stakeholders.
