About the role

We're seeking skilled labourers to join our dynamic civil construction team Be part of exciting projects that shape our community's infrastructure. No two days are the same in this hands-on, physically active role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in constructing roads, bridges, and other infrastructure projects.
  • Operate hand and power tools.
  • Utilize various machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Support skilled tradespeople in various tasks onsite.
  • Follow guidelines to ensure safety and project standards.
  • Perform setup and cleanup tasks at the job site.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Skills and experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in a similar role working across a diverse range of projects
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Physical fitness and ability to handle demanding tasks.
  • Safety conscious and able to follow protocols.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Valid White Card and Driver's License
