Pelo by Lago is on the lookout for a warm, organised, and professional Salon Coordinator to join our team.
About the Role:
As Salon Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our front-of-house operations — making sure every client feels welcomed and cared for, and that the day flows smoothly for our stylists.
This role would suit someone with a background in the hair or beauty industry who's looking to step into a supportive, front-facing role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and checking in/out clients with warmth and professionalism
- Offering and serving beverages
- Handling phone calls, emails, and appointment bookings
- Organising and confirming daily schedules
- Assigning daily tasks to the team
- General salon upkeep (cleaning, laundry, tidiness)
- Assisting with client care and supporting the overall salon flow
What We're Looking For:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask under pressure
- Confident, friendly, and team-focused
- Previous experience in the hair/beauty industry is highly desirable, but not a requirement.
- Comfortable using booking systems (training provided)
- Availability: Must be available to work every Saturday or every second Saturday and one late night per week.
