What we are looking for:

  • Qualification in Architecture or a related design discipline.
  • 3 - 5 years' experience as an Architectural Draftsperson, Architect, or Designer in WA building industry
  • Proficient in using BIM and AutoCAD
  • Strong technical drafting and 3D modelling skills
  • Ability to ensure all plans meet NCC, R-Codes, Shire policies, and developer guidelines
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret and translate complex design requirements
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly within a team
  • A Passion for Sustainable and Energy Efficiency in Buildings
  • A passion for design excellence and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Understands different types of Builds. NDIS and Duel-Keys.
