Clark Rubber is a retail icon in the Australian market and is well known for its foam, rubber and pool categories which includes Swimming Pool Servicing.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pool Technician who has hands-on experience working with pools. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pool maintenance, water chemistry, and equipment servicing.

Qualifications & experience

  • Experience in onsite swimming pool service/maintenance preferred
  • Be physically fit as this position involves some heavy lifting and manual handling (such as pumps & salt)
  • A current driver's license with a good driving record
  • Highly motivated, with a positive attitude, reliable and ability to work unsupervised
  • Ability to work with the wider team

Tasks & responsibilities

  • General pool maintenance including cleaning, testing and balancing domestic swimming pools
  • Routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of swimming pool equipment including pumps, filters, chlorinators and pool cleaners
  • Sales and installation of new equipment
  • Quote generation and follow ups
  • Scheduling service calls and inventory management
  • Growing the Pool Service business
  • Provide quality customer service
