The Opportunity:

Eden Building & Landscaping is growing — and we're looking for an experienced, hands-on Landscaping Team Leader to join our close-knit crew. If you're passionate about creating beautiful outdoor spaces and enjoy leading a team that feels more like family, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead a small team of landscapers and apprentices on residential and commercial projects
  • Work hands-on to deliver quality results — from hardscaping to planting
  • Coordinate materials, scheduling, and site logistics
  • Maintain communication with clients and management
  • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in landscaping and site leadership
  • Certificate III or IV in Landscaping (preferred)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Current driver's licence & White Card
  • Excavator/Bobcat license and any other relevant landscape tickets would be advantageous, but this is not mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant care, and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and designs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and genuine pride in your work
