This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and dedicated conveyancing team.

The position location is flexible and can be based in either Lismoreor Kyogle, New South Wales and is permanent full time.

The role will include (but not limited to):

• Working in a conveyancing team preparing and managing matters;

• Draft and review legal documents, contracts and agreements;

• Liaising and meeting with clients;

• Preparing correspondence and contracts;
• Handling client and associate queries via email and phone; and
• File and diary management.

The successful candidate will be provided training in Leap software but proficiency would be beneficial.

About you:

A successful candidate will have the following:

• Conveyancing Licence;
• Have experience working in a conveyancing firm;
• Ability to work under pressure and handle large volumes of transactions;

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude;

• Knowledge of PEXA;

• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• High level of attention to detail;
• Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise;
• Organised and file management care;
• A great work ethic;
• Personable and professional with a client-first mindset; and
• Passion for conveyancing and for making a difference for our clients.
