What You'll be Doing:

We're seeking a Part-Time stock & operations focused Team Member to help manage deliveries, streamline back-of-house tasks, and maintain timely product replenishment at Spotlight Bathurst.

Providing friendly and helpful customer service

Sharing your love and skills for craft, sewing, and home decorating

Learning quickly and adapting to our extensive product range

Working both independently and as part of a team

Contributing to sales and helping your store meet its goals

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous retail experience or customer service

The ability to multitask in a fast environment

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and late nights

A positive, can-do attitude
