Ready 2 Swim is a _multi-award-winning_ swim school offering high-quality lessons for babies, toddlers, children, and adults. Our clean, modern, and private facilities provide a calm and focused environment, far from the crowds and distractions of larger swim centers. With an indoor pool heated to a comfortable 32-33°C, we ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all ages.

Now in our **seventh year of operation**, Ready 2 Swim continues to grow and thrive, thanks to our dedicated team and passionate community. We’re excited to expand our team and are **looking for enthusiastic Swimming Instructors** to deliver top-notch lessons to our students.

Whether you're an experienced instructor or new to the field, **we welcome you** If you're not yet qualified, don’t worry—we’ll help you get trained and certified.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Willingness to obtain _AUSTSWIM Qualifications_ (we can guide you)
- Willingness to obtain a _CPR Certificate_
- A valid _Working with Children Check_
- Availability on _weekday afternoons_ and _weekends - MUST BE AVAILABLE TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON_
- Reliability and commitment to scheduled shifts

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Swim teaching: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Austswim teacher of swimming and water safety (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- CPR Certification (preferred)
