Applicants that thrive in sporting environments, no matter which level, are often successful in our business, we are looking for the next Team Leader, to be streamlined into our management training program, no experience is needed and a 6-week training course will give you all the tools necessary to succeed.

About you

No experience is needed, we value individuals who are looking to grow their skillset by adopting a student mentality. Full training and mentorship will be provided. Rather than focusing on someone's experience, we evaluate traits and willingness to learn. You will be:

●      Hungry to progress quickly earn commissions and bonuses

Earnings:

Base + OTE earnings

Starting salary: $65k – $80k base salary + Commission

Bonus': $200 - $1050 Per week for hitting targets

How to apply

This is an Entry Level position with full training and management plans for successful candidates. As shown above, sales experience isn't needed but we are looking for the right personality traits.

This is a competitive opportunity and once we fill our interview spots will not be hiring for the position again until early 2025.

●      Full-time availability

●      Must be able to commute daily to the Bella Vista, NSW.
