About the Role

As the Data Stream Lead, you'll manage the delivery of the SAP data stream within the ERP Program, ensuring alignment with government policies and PMO standards. Reporting to the SAP Upgrade Project Manager, you'll lead cross-functional teams, oversee data migration and cleansing, and drive stakeholder engagement across business units and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of the SAP data stream
  • Oversee data migration, cleansing, and quality initiatives
  • Align vendor deliverables with strategic business requirements
  • Collaborate with business units to define and standardise data needs
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance policies
  • Drive delivery of data-related documentation and migration strategies
  • Manage risks, issues, and reporting across the data stream
  • Support change management, training, and stakeholder communications

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience leading SAP data workstreams, ideally ECC to S/4HANA
  • Strong grasp of data architecture, governance, and lifecycle management
  • Experience with legacy system decommissioning and cloud-based solutions
  • Project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile)
  • Skilled in SAP Data Services, Informatica, SQL, MS Project, and Office suite
  • Familiarity with change management and benefits realisation
