Your role will involve a diverse caseload across multiple age groups and presentations, supported by a dedicated clinical team drawing on a variety of therapeutic models.

The Role

As a Psychologist in our Peel Region clinic, you'll provide comprehensive assessments and targeted interventions for a wide range of presentations. You'll also have scope to develop niche areas of interest, with full support to launch or expand specialised projects that align with your passions.

Our clinical team uses a variety of evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Schema Therapy, ACT, CBT, Gestalt Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Process-Oriented Psychology, and PAT (Psychedelic Assisted Therapy). This diversity means you can expand your skills while learning from experienced colleagues.

You'll enjoy the autonomy of private practice combined with the resources, systems, and collegial support of a well-established team. We work together on complex cases, share expertise, and maintain a focus on outcomes, learning, and clinical excellence — never just numbers.

Essential Criteria & Qualifications

• Full registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist (or provisional for 5+1 Interns)
• Eligibility for a Medicare provider number
• Experience or strong interest in evidence-based interventions
• Commitment to ethical, client-centred care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
