The Venue Success Team is growing Our Venue Success Officers are the go to problem solvers for MyVenue software issues at venues, they work swiftly to deliver solutions that meet our SLA timeframes and keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely support for MyVenue hardware and software by responding to issues, gathering relevant details, and troubleshooting to replicate and document problems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution, maintaining clear communication throughout the investigation and support process.
  • Ensure information is recorded against correct Venue.
  • Record detailed call information to support future reference and assist other staff.
  • Update the helpdesk knowledge base with new resolution insights.
  • Apply independent judgment in managing client relationships.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT customer support and field support
  • Zendesk (or other CRM/ticketing platforms)
  • JIRA (or similar issue-tracking tools)
  • Basic Technical Troubleshooting

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Equivalent IT certificate
