About the Role

As a Lead Educator, you will:

  • Design and implement high-quality, child-centred educational programs guided by the EYLF and NQS
  • Lead and mentor a team of educators, fostering collaboration and professional growth
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with families to support each child's development
  • Create a warm, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment for children and staff alike
  • Work closely with the leadership team to uphold the centre's vision for excellence
What We're Looking For
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience mentoring educators
  • Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and best practice in early childhood education
  • A positive, professional and nurturing approach to working with children and families
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
