Vectiq is seeking a hands-on IT Network Support to join a Canberra-based sovereign IT Services company. This is a rare opportunity to work on a once-in-a-lifetime project, delivering technical support across both domestic and international secure client environments.

Key Criteria

• Australian Citizens with NV2 or TSPV clearance

• Background in IT network, infrastructure, or systems support

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical installs and support across secure client sites (domestic and overseas)

• Provide hands-on IT infrastructure and network support

• Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and proactively manage on-site technical challenges

• Adapt to diverse client environments and project needs

About You

• Background in IT infrastructure, network, or systems support

• Resourceful, proactive, and capable of working independently

• Excellent problem-solving skills in fast-paced, complex environments

• Flexible and adaptable with the ability to engage across different client locations
