We're seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Workforce Manager in Canberra.

This hands-on position requires someone with a passion for people, a knack for recruitment, and a keen eye for business management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of the ACT operation, overseeing both temporary and permanent recruitment activities.
  • Business management of the overall ACT office, focusing on profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Building and nurturing client relationships to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with the team to meet recruitment targets and exceed client expectations.
  • Staying abreast of market trends and industry developments to drive innovation and growth.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Genuine care for people and a commitment to fostering long-term relationships.
  • Previous experience as a Hospitality Manager is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient with rostering systems and good administration skills
  • In-depth understanding of the broader hospitality industry, including market trends and customer expectations.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, leading by example with a hands-on and proactive approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, managing high volumes with precision and efficiency.
