Leadership Opportunity for Maintenance Supervisors

The Insulation Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful and efficient completion of shutdown/campaign activities on offshore energy assets. This position requires exceptional leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a proven track record in maintenance supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Coordinators and Planners to identify, plan, and schedule scopes of work, and assist in the organization of tooling and parts.
  • Ensure shutdown/campaign activities are completed safely and meet the schedule, respecting the critical path and deadlines.
  • Allocate work and provide direction to relevant trades specific work requirements.
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor direct reports; ensure site workers have the necessary competencies to undertake assigned tasks.
  • Communicate with client representatives on a day-to-day basis, to plan work, keep them informed of progress, resolve any issues of concern, and identify variations or additional work required.
  • Identify and drive cost savings and safety improvement initiatives.
  • Report on lessons learned and completion/outcomes to the business.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within the offshore Oil and Gas industry in a maintenance capacity within a Supervisory position.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate across all levels.
  • Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade (Sheetmetal Working).
  • Experience in EPCM environment.
  • BOSIET / FOET & CA-EBS.
  • MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card).
  • Proof of Working rights in Australia.
