Are you passionate about beauty and get joy from making people feel and look good? We are looking for Retail Assistants (Summer hosts) to support our MECCA Casuarina store during the lead up to one of the busiest times of the year.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and create authentic connections with customers
  • Play a key role in supporting the wider team with on-floor presence throughout holiday and ability to pivot (or pirouette as we like to say) as required
  • Work effectively as part of the team to support running of the store in a safe, fun and efficient way

What success looks like in this role:

  • Confidently and consistently delivers exceptional experiences for our customers
  • Demonstrates strong product knowledge for MECCA's hero brands and products
  • Shows an active commitment to continuous learning and improvement
  • Works effectively and safely as part of the team to ensure the successful running of the store
  • Always upholds the MECCA values

As a Retail Assistant (Summer Host) we anticipate that we will be able to offer you shifts from late October 2025 to mid-February 2026, this may be subject to business operational needs and your availability.
