  • Female Support Workers required

Duties:

  • Providing personal care support to promote optimum health and well being; Providing direct support to assist participants to access appointments, social and leisure pursuits;
  • Working closely with families, professionals and other stakeholders.
  • Working to meet the unique needs of each individual by following their individual Support plans and working towards their bigger life goals, assisting them to capture their achievements along the way;
  • Effective documentations to ensure high quality, participant focus, safe and well organized operational services.
  • Assisting with Medication and meal preparation.

Qualification and Experience

  • Certificate 3 (or above) in Disability or Induvial support
  • VIC Drivers Licence & Own Reliable Car
  • First Aid and CPR
  • NDIS Screening Check
  • Working with Children's Check
  • Covid Vax - 2 dose minimum
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Working Hours:

Shift 1: 9 am - 5 pm

Shift 2: 5pm - 9am  including sleepover

Availability to work both shifts is a must, shifts will be mixed between shift 1 & 2
