We're on the lookout for a Part-time Senior Cook to join our team at our Marsden Gardens site.

Reporting to the Community Manager you will creating delicious, homestyle meals that bring comfort and joy to our residents every day

Ingenia Gardens Marsden offers independent seniors low-maintenance rental living in a secure, gated community—close to shops, health services, and public transport, with beautifully landscaped gardens and vibrant social activities

In this Role, You'll

• Prepare high-quality meals and manage kitchen stock, ordering, and budgets to minimise waste and maximise flavour.
• Lead food safety practices, including temperature checks and compliance documentation, as the site's Food Safety Supervisor.
• Keep the kitchen and dining areas clean, sanitised, and up to standard — from equipment to floors and restrooms.
• Build positive relationships with residents and team members, always showing care, empathy, and professionalism.
• Communicate clearly, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate closely with the Community and Operations Managers.
