HEAD COACH WANTED – FULL TIME ROLE AT PACIFIC FITNESS

We're on the hunt for a full-time Head Coach to join the Pacific team — someone who lives and breathes fitness, leads from the front, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

This role is a salary-based position with huge potential for growth within the business. You'll be coaching, managing, and driving the culture that makes Pacific what it is.

What's involved:

25–30 hours of coaching per week (functional fitness, strength, conditioning, reformer, etc.)

The remainder made up of admin duties — think membership rollovers, sales, rostering, team coordination, and maintaining our high member experience standards.

Commission available on sales made — your hustle pays off.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience in group fitness or strength & conditioning coaching
• Leads with energy, professionalism, and care for members
• Is confident managing a team and taking ownership of results
• Can handle both sides of the business — on the floor and behind the scenes
• Wants to grow with us long-term as Pacific continues to expand
