Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled
DevOps Engineer
with strong experience in
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
and
VMware vSphere
. The ideal candidate will have a balanced skill set with approximately
70% GCP expertise
and
30% VMware experience
, enabling seamless management of hybrid cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage
    Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
    resources and
    on-premises VMware vSphere infrastructure
    .
  • Support and optimize
    CI/CD pipelines
    using Jenkins.
  • Integrate systems and manage networks using
    Inteflow
    and
    Cisco platforms
    .
  • Configure and manage
    Fivetran
    for data pipeline integrations.
  • Provision infrastructure using
    Terraform (IaC)
    .
  • Collaborate with the network team to resolve connectivity issues across hybrid environments.
  • Provide support for
    Kubernetes clusters
    (GCP-hosted and on-prem).
  • Manage storage infrastructure including
    Pure Storage arrays
    .
  • Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems using
    Prometheus
    .
  • Work closely with development, data, and operations teams to ensure reliable infrastructure and smooth delivery.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with
    GCP services
    (Compute Engine, Cloud Functions, IAM, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of
    VMware vSphere
    administration and virtualization concepts.
  • Experience with
    Terraform
    ,
    Jenkins
    ,
    Kubernetes
    , and
    Prometheus
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Fivetran
    ,
    Inteflow
    , and
    Cisco networking
    tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
