About the Program

This internal transformation initiative is designed to merge and improve member servicing platforms and registries. The program involves consolidating systems supporting millions of members and large-scale operational teams. Contractors in this environment have strong career growth opportunities, with many moving into other programs and divisions.

Role Overview This is a dual-focus role, evenly split between general program analyst responsibilities and specialised system support in the enterprise platform.

General Program Analyst Responsibilities (50%)

  • Support Program Leads with operational and program management tasks.
  • Resource tracking, reporting, and reconciliation.
  • Administration of SharePoint sites, distribution lists, and shared mailboxes.
  • Provide ad hoc support to program activities as required.

Timesheet & Resource Management (50%)

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding of resources in TechOne.
  • Monitor and follow up on timely and accurate completion of  timesheets.
  • Support finance and HR process alignment within TechOne.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Ability to work independently and quickly learn new systems and processes.
  • Highly organised, efficient, and capable of balancing competing priorities.
  • Comfortable working in environments with constant change and ambiguity.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
