About the role:

We are looking for highly motivated and skilled cabinetmakers/shopfitters to join our expanding team.  The successful candidate would find themselves working in a modern factory. Ideally, we are seeking candidates with commercial and retail joinery experience, but this is not a requirement of the job. The ability to undertake overtime is required during peak periods is required to ensure that our projects are not delayed.

Responsibilities:

  • Building joinery within factory
  • Sanding of joinery ready for painting
  • Packing joinery for transport
  • Overseeing Apprentices

Candidate Requirements:

  • Trade Certificate / Trade Qualified
  • Own Tool Kit
  • Experience with Panel Saws and Edge Bander
  • Solid Surface experience would be highly regarded
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-presented

Strong confirmed pipeline of both retail and commercial work well into 2026
