Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Parts Interpreter based in Arundel, QLD. The Parts Interpreter will be responsible for accurately identifying and sourcing automotive parts for various types of equipment, providing excellent customer service, maintaining parts inventory, and assisting technicians with part requirements. The candidate will also liaise with suppliers and ensure the timely delivery of parts to meet the needs of the workshop and field service teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience in automotive parts interpretation and inventory management
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive or heavy equipment industry is a plus
