We are now seeking an experienced **Parts Interpreter** to join our busy trade phone team in **Arundel**.

**What the role entails**:

- Interpreting genuine parts including sales and support for our customers
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing business
- Maximise all parts sales, involving **p**roactive communication, cross selling and opportunity identification with our clients and their operations.
- Monitor and keep informed of latest product developments and updates, using these to maximum advantage

**What we are looking for**:

- Genuine parts or industry experience
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing business
- Enjoy and have passion for providing service advice and solutions, delivering outstanding customer service
- Current manual drivers license
- Pentana background in inventory control preferred
