Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support to residents, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication assistance.
  • Encourage residents to achieve personal goals and maintain independence within the community.
  • Create a safe and respectful environment, upholding each resident's dignity and rights.
  • Work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma in Community Services or equivalent.
  • Certifications: Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in residential or aged care support.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, empathy, and adaptability to diverse needs.

Salary & Contract:

  • Competitive salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year.
  • A secure full-time position based in Liverpool, NSW.

Work Location:

  • On-site at Liverpool, NSW.
