ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently recruiting for Project Engineers to work along our skilled Projects Delivery Team with work based across the Pilbara FIFO from Perth. Our scope of works are currently Earthworks, Rehabilitation & NPI Civil Construction with multiple projects commencing and others in the pipeline. The initial project you would be involved in would require previous  and NPI Civils experience.

Our Project Values are ranging from $5m-$50m, working mostly on Tier 1 Iron Ore Mine Sites. This role is project based employment (wages) on a new project with other work in the pipeline.

FIFO ex Perth to Pilbara on a 2:1 Roster. Due to mobilisation and logistical reasons, we are seeking Perth CBD & surrounds applicants only.

DUTIES:

  • Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the Project(s) on site
  • Cohesively working with your back to back Engineer
  • Providing technical advice to relevant personnel, and where necessary obtaining information from the Project Manager
  • Continuous monitoring of the program throughout the life of the project, ensuring milestones are completed on time
  • Identifying and summarising technical information from specifications and drawings
  • Liaising with the Client and personnel on site to ensure
  • Ensuring safety and quality compliance paperwork is up to date

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Engineering Qualified Degree (Civil Engineering ideal)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the building and civil construction industry (on mine-sites) with a solid understanding of concrete construction
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • MS Suite experience (Microsoft Excel & Project)
  • Project Management Program knowledge such as Primavera P6 advantage
  • White Card
  • Ability to pass pre employment medical
  • RTIO Inductions (Advantage)
