- System & Data Management - Set up and maintain pay/charge rates in FT360, manage employee master data and database updates, and ensure timely submission of statutory documentation.
- Payments & Reconciliations - Handle PAYG, superannuation, workers compensation, child support, garnishees, and other payments, perform reconciliations including leave and general ledger, and process end-of-month and end-of-year tasks.
- Reporting & Audits - Prepare weekly/month-end reports, assist with audits and government surveys, and ensure accurate reporting of payroll-related expenses.
- Customer Service & Teamwork - Respond to pay/invoice queries, support reception and general enquiries, assist candidates/customers, and work collaboratively to ensure timely, accurate payroll.
- Continuous Improvement & Compliance -Identify process improvements, stay updated on legislative changes, and follow standard operating procedures.
About You:
- Strong payroll processing skills with experience using a variety of Awards and EBAs across multiple business units and clients
- Proficient in major payroll software packages and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a commitment to confidentiality and ethical practices
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, adapting to changing business needs
- Relevant qualifications such as a Leaving Certificate, with a diploma or degree in business, finance or a related field highly regarded
