About the Role:
Join a newly formed, forward-thinking squad focused on building Gen AI-powered chatbot solutions to transform dispute processing and fraud detection.

This is a greenfield opportunity to design intelligent agent workflows using GPT-4 and LLMs, with a direct impact on customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Gen AI chatbots for dispute types using agentic workflows.
  • Integrate a first-party fraud detection model to introduce intelligent friction in claims lodgement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including fraud, product, and engineering.
  • Apply LLM technologies (e.g., GPT-4, LangChain) for prompt engineering, RAG, and guardrail design.
  • Produce clear documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in Gen AI, chatbot development, and LLMs.
  • Strong foundation in statistics and probability; able to interpret models.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML model development.
  • Excellent communication skills for documentation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Tertiary qualification in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in fraud modelling or financial services.
  • Familiarity with agentic workflows and multi-agent LLM systems.
  • Exposure to dispute resolution or claims processing systems.
