Summary:

As an Aquabliss Swim School Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your upbeat and professional manner will ensure all customers are left with a positive impression every time. You are customer focused, mature minded and possess superb communication skills. You will demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills and possess a strong telephone etiquette.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role desirable
  • Familiar with aquatic industry programs and services desirable
  • Strong administration skills with ability to prioritise tasks
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with an attention to detail
  • Experience in handling monies and transacting payments through a POS system
  • Experience in Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Word & Excel desirable
  • Demonstrate a professional, customer focused manner with the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Receptionist preferred but not essential. Full training provided.
  • Current CPR certification or willing to obtain.
  • WWCC (paid) if 18 years or older.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
