About the role

This role is responsible for leading complex sourcing and market engagement activities, including tenders, supplier negotiations, and contract development through to execution. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver strategic procurement outcomes that support business objectives and drive value for money. The successful candidate must meet the essential requirements and will play a key role in reviewing supplier practices, championing tactical improvements, and influencing commercial approaches across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team, support procurement transformation initiatives, and help deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Advanced experience in the delivery of high-quality procurement practice and the provision of advice in a public sector environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, issues and contemporary practices relevant to Procurement.
