About the Opportunity:

The Senior Business Partner Executive and Ministerial Services manages and coordinates the development and completion of a range of Government briefing notes, correspondence, papers and initiatives, to contribute to the delivery of the Agency's external relations function that supports the Executive Leadership Team.

About You:

We are looking for someone who:

  • Effectively and professionally liaise with key stakeholders, internal and external, to ensure the delivery of high-quality briefings and correspondence with adherence to strict timeframes.
  • Ability to triage and prioritise multiple urgent pieces of work through effective work management systems.
  • Communicate effectively with a small team of immediate colleagues and with all key stakeholders in a way that ensures the standards of the Executive and Ministerial unit are maintained.
