Erina leagues club, with vision on creating extraordinary dining experience by blending innovative cuisine and exceptional services. we are looking for passionate and talented chefs to join our kitchen team and take charge of allocated station, ensuring dish is cooked to perfection.

key responsibility:

• Ensure all dishes are prepared with consistency, quality, and presentation standard in mind
• monitor inventory levels for allocated station
• Follow all health and safety protocol in kitchen ensuring all food is cooked to right temperature
• work closely with kitchen team to ensue smooth coordination and timely service during peak hour.
• Train and junior chef on allocated station as needed.
• prepare food according to menu specification.

Qualification

• proven experience in grills, pans and fryer station
• sound knowledge of kitchen operation
• ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast pace environment
• attention to detail with focus maintaining food quality and presentation
• Familiarity with kitchen health and safety regulations
• culinary certification
• Minimum of two years experience in kitchen
